Mario Ruiz Morales

Biografía

Mario Ruiz Morales was born in Moraleda de Zafayona, province of Granada, Spain, on March 7, 1946. He is a Surveyor, Engineer in Geodesy and Cartography, Licentiate and Doctor in Exact Sciences, and Geographical Engineer.
