Santiago Ricci Tobón (born 12 January 1986 in Algeciras, Huila, Colombia) is an entrepreneur, investor and business consultant based in Spain. Trained as a software engineer, he is the chief executive of Rive Enterprises and a shareholder in twelve operating companies across Spain, the United Kingdom, Estonia, Canada, Mexico, Brazil and Colombia. He writes on entrepreneurship, business structure and the application of artificial intelligence to established companies. His first book, El emprendedor que nunca emprendió (2019), examines the distance between intending to start a business and actually starting one. El empleado (2020) addresses the decision to leave stable employment. Hackea tu éxito con IA (2025) covers the practical application of artificial intelligence to an operating business.
