Figurative painter Aníbal Gil Villa (b. Donmatías, Antioquia, 1932) was the most distinguished student of the "painter of the Antioqueña people" well-known artist Rafael Sáenz. His art reflects Sáenz influence in representing and expressing the local life. The book documents 60 years of artistic practice that includes a large production of art in different techniques: drawing, painting, mural and stained-glass windows) as well as his teaching legacy.
