El Salto is a publication that comprises the photographs of Mateo Pérez of the Tequendama Falls of the Bogotá River, located in the municipality of Soacha, and other documents (between visual and literary) that expand the vision we have of this natural place. Incudes a short essay by Verónica Uribe that explores the historical background of the visual representation of the waterfall from the n19th century to the present and a text by Tangrama that addresses Perez' relationship with the type of images it includes. Tangrama is a graphic design studio located in Bogota, Colombia.
