The present study investigates in depth the housing of Julio Vilamajó, for which the author uses various tools. The strategy of exposing the subject is very clear. The text begins with a presentation of the object of study, in which tacitly justifies the choice of the same, emphasizing its importance even from the point of view of teaching. Immediately after this brief presentation, begins a detailed description of each of the spaces that make up the house, the order in which they are being described, that of a visitor who begins to tour the house. The story takes us from one piece to the other in a continuous movement taking advantage of the transitions created by Vilamajó. The second chapter refers to the architecture of the furniture. Detail one by one the furniture pieces of the house, which complement their language. In the third chapter, it deals with the topic of "Space Psychology". It speaks of the explicit and implicit identities of each room, of the expressive resources and their implications, speaks of the meanings. It also refers to the influences of Loos and Le Corbusier, and those of Andalucía and El Generalife. Finally, it explains why the house itself is a didactic tool. The meticulous presentation of the spaces in terms of material, perceptions, colors, textures, forms and languages is complemented by a second resource: the creation of a laminar composed of 33 unpublished graphics, product of a graphic survey developed by the author. Finally, a series of photographs towards the closing of the work complete the investigation. Vilamajó was strongly influenced by architect Le Corbusier (with whom he collaborated on the building project for the United Nations in New York)
