Equador was developed by Ricard Castells in 1984 as part of a trilogy, but was never published. Ten years after the death of cartoonist and illustrator, Ricard Castells, other artists pay tribute through their own drawings. The book includes Equador as well as the text and illustrations by these artists. The accompanying guide to Equador includes the text to the illustrations.
