When shy Minna Redmond overheard the dashing Oliver Seymour call her plain and dowdy, she vowed to make him pay for that remark. She would make him fall in love with her and beg on his knees for her love.... Which is why she decided to masquerade as her seductively beautiful French cousin, Gabrielle. A new wardrobe, a new hairdo, a new personality, an enchanting French accent, and voila — Minna was Gabrielle. And Oliver fell hard. "Gabrielle" drove him mad with passion. Now Minna had him right where she wanted him. Except that she had fallen in love herself. What was she to do about that?
