Interviews conducted between 2013 and 2017 with architect and civil builder Roberto Goycoolea Infante (Santiago de Chile 1928? - Concepción, Chile 2018). "Robert Goycoolea's work involved a modification of the modern language in the "penquistas" streets (of the city of Concepción), his proposal understood architecture as a not only technical or artistic expression, but also social and that, consequently, left a valuable legacy in the city and the region of the Bío-Bío."
