Study on the systematic repression, political surveillance and torture under the dictatorship of Rafael Leonidas Trujillo Molina (1891-1961). Trujillo was dictator of the Dominican Republic from 1930 until his assassination in 1961. Known as "El Jefe" (the boss), his reign of tyranny has historically been known as the Era of Trujillo and is considered done of the most bloody of the 20th century
