Dear Dash, do you believe in fate? Well, I do. One day Quinn finds a bottle that’s washed up on the beach. Inside is an adorable message from a young kid. Turns out, that little kid has grown up to be the superrich, superhot guy that Quinn's been crushing on. Quinn and Dash finally meet at the club where she works a summer job, and they hit it off instantly. It’s fate, right? Not really. Quinn and Dash are from totally different worlds. So when the waters get rough, can they keep this summer romance from washing out to sea?
