Independence--would it separate them both now and forever? When Jeannie Rasmussen met Paul Raymond for the first time, she knew that he was something special. But as a highly self-sufficient woman, Jeannie had sheltered herself from relationships since becoming a widow twelve years earlier. Jeannie had her son to raise, and did not want to lean on anyone else's resources for support. Paul felt the attraction, too.
