Kids' imaginations have a chance to run wild with extra-terrestrial aliens, cosmic craters, and space-traveling starships. Step-by-step origami instructions and idea-inspiring color illustrations show how a few folds can transform a square of simple paper into a virtual galaxy of imaginative shapes. The book also features 24 sheets of origami paper in eight colors. A rocket on its launch pad, a space shuttle, and an assortment of spooky-looking aliens are just a few of the projects included. The only materials kids need are a tube of stick glue, a pencil, a ruler, felt-tip pens, and scissors.
