The Bride was down-home country. The Groom was big-city slick. The Wedding was a match made in Texas! "Daniel `Boone' Taggart, the man who has everything"--or so he believed. Handsome, successful, rich ...a penthouse in Manhattan, a flat in London, a partnership in a high-powered law firm. Then fate and Boone's wily grandfather took a hand. Worried about the old man's health, Boone returned to Showdown, Texas--and to fiery Kit McCrae. It was a stormy reunion. And in a part of the world where no man--and no woman--backed away from a fight, that could only mean one thing. Showdown days ahead!
