Nothing bad ever happened in this town, right? It's been five years since Aerin Kelly's sister disappeared, and a year since her body was found in woodland near her family's home. But her killer has never been found, and the police have closed the case. Aerin is desperate. What really happened that day? Then she meets Seneca and Maddy. Amateur crime-solvers, they've got their own reasons for wanting to help Aerin. And maverick Brett rocks up too - he has his secrets as well, but he's also a damn fine detective. If Aerin is ever going to find out the truth about Helena, she needs these guys - and she knows it. As secrets begin to unravel and betrayals are uncovered, shocking truths start to come to light. The Amateurs are dying to know the truth - and it's getting dangerously close.
