“Their chariots roared down from the sere barbarian lands of the north, bringing death to all who dared oppose them. The Assyrians, the world's fiercest warriors, would march across Mesopotamia to turn the palaces of Babylon to dust. Leading them would be Tiglath, a prince robbed of both his throne and his beloved, a man torn between bloody desires and noble courage, a hero destined to shape an empire and the future of the world.”
