Geta Naunton's elder sisters were stunned when she accepted Lord Roydon of Wick's shocking proposal. Lord Roydon would be offered a Governorship in India only if he were married... so he had simply sent to England for a bride! Indeed, the commanding, arrogant aristocrat was known as "The Icicle"... but Geta, orphaned and alone, heeded the whisper in her heart. And in the high mountains of India, the lovely Geta warmed his heart -- until they burned as one with the brilliant flame of enduring passion and tender, timeless Love.
