Marty and Clark Davis' granddaughter, and Belinda's daughter, Virginia Simpson is at the age where everything bothers her. Life is too dull, her sister too bossy, her parents too strict, and God too faraway. Then along comes Jenny, a wild red haired rebel, who enjoys gossip, breaking rules, and getting into trouble. Then comes the day when one of her thrills goes too far.... While being mindful of her grandparents legacy, Virginia must decide whether the faith that surrounds her is her own. Will Virginia make the right decision, or will she make one that she will regret for the rest of her life?
