Leigh Melville came home to settle her grandfather's estate. She had not planned to see Jason Randall, the only man she had ever loved. Horrified by his ruthlessness, she had run away from him five years earlier, determined to never return. But Jason has a claim on her that she cannot deny. She is his wife. To gain her freedom she must accede to his demands. Against her will, she is once more caught up in his life. Now she must ask herself if the smoldering passion between them will ever lead to mutual love.
