"Crisis institucional y gobernabilidad democrática en Venezuela" is a research and analysis about political realities. The focus used in this book emphasizes democracy as a matter of complexities and particular crises which have given way to new forms of control, authoritarianism and despotism. From the study of the proposed constitutional change of 1999, the author explores in depth the crises of the political regime of the past three decades; the constitutional process itself, the problems involved in the structure of institutions and the prospects that this generates.
