The theme of this 19th biennial is related to one of the most important challenges of the Chilean Government, the educational reform. "It seeks to check from the account of the Academy, through its education processes and its production, a reflection of teaching, the collaboration story of the constructed work. This is why the activities of the biennial revolve on the recognition and broadcasting of them most relevant professional careers, of the a selection of the architecture and the urbanism of recent years, outstanding publications and the works of related research, added to new ideas from professional and students of architecture" (Our translation) -Page 16.
