America's favorite fantasy was the world's biggest pest To millions of American women who watched Code Zero every Monday night, smooth-talking, steely nerved Kevin Dawson was the ultimate sex symbol. To Dr. Kate Larimer, he was the ultimate nuisance. Every time Kevin breezed into his hometown he made a beeline for Kate's house, demolishing her groceries and running up her phone bill, proving that off camera he was as helpless and careless as he'd been in the third grade. Kevin was at his annoying best when the wind started to rise. Then, without warning, the storm roared through the hamlet of Victoria Bend, Mississippi--and there was only Kevin to teach her a lesson in heroism and once-in-a-lifetime love.
