A look at cultural journalism with a focus on Uruguay in the 21st century. The radio program "Sábado Sarandí", conducted by the journalist Jaime Clara, is a case study and serves as a guiding thread for an analysis that, without pretensions to being exhaustive, runs through the agenda of theatrical releases, the theatre, presentations of books, the visits of famous musicians and so many other events that make the culture of a country.
